Competence in Medical Acupuncture issued by the Portuguese Medical Association. Course of Tropical Diseases Consultancy, 1991. Member of the APMGF – Associação Portuguesa de Medicina Geral e Familiar, since 1984. Member of the GIRI (International Research Group on Very Low Dose and High Dilution Effects). Representative of Portugal in the ECH (European Committee for Homeopathy). Member and Co-founder of EBMA – European Bio Immune(G)ene Medicine Association, 24th May 2012. President and Co-founder of AMPHSH - Portuguese Medical Association of Homeopathy (Associação Médica Portuguesa de Homeopatia).
