Postgraduate Course in Clinical and Experimental Hypnosis
In agreement with LIMMIT Lab and Imaginal, the FMUL Advanced Training Institute organized nine Courses on Clinical and Experimental Hypnosis. These courses lasted 126 hours and extended over 9 months, with the participation of several professors, practitioners of clinical hypnosis and under the direction of the director of LIMMIT, Prof. Doctor Mario Simões. The IX edition was completed in 2018, after the retirement of the responsible professor, professor and director of the course, Prof. Doctor Mário Simões, in October 2018.

Active Agents of Happiness Course
Course based on values of positive psychology, using relaxation techniques. They were always carried out in partnership with the Movimento Agentes Ativos da Felicidade. Training courses for active agents of happiness were administered (duration of two days, in 2015, 2016 and 2017) with logistical, didactic and programmatic collaboration from LIMMIT: 7 in Portugal and 7 in Brazil (5 in S.Paulo, partnership with the Instituto Osmar Colás and 2 in Belo Horizonte, in partnership with Ibramena).
At the invitation of the UNESCO Chair in Culture and Peace, at ISCSP, a course was given (25-26.03.2018) on “Active Agents of Happiness and Peace.
In 2018 and 2019, two courses were held for professors at the University of Lisbon, in the premises of the Rectory, under the responsibility of the Lifelong Training Nucleus at the University of Lisbon, coordinated by Dr Joana Soares.

Promoting a Happy Childbirth
Two courses in clinical hypnosis (25-26.07 and 10-11.10. 2016) adapted to childbirth - Hypnological Support and Analgesia for the Parturient - in two weekends, taught by elements of LIMMIT, at Hospital da Covilhã, promoted by Prof. José Martinez (FM/UBI -Gynecology/Obstetrics).
This was followed by support for births in that hospital, with the collaboration of Dr. José Marto and Enf. Luis Abrantes. A Hypnology center for women of childbearing age, namely for the dissemination of “Happy Birth”, in which LIMMIT appeared as scientific consultant and promoter of the project, ended up due to lack of funds.

Clinical Hypnosis and Other States of Consciousness in Psychotherapy
This course, organized in partnership with the University Fernando Pessoa, Porto, has the collaboration of LIMMIT, in the curriculum planning and teaching with its collaborators. The Director of LIMMIT is professor and Co-director of this course, with Dr Maria Angelina Pereira, which is in its third edition (2016-17/ 2018-19/ 2019-20).
Hypnosis in Positive and Transpersonal Psychology.
This course took place at the Federal University of S.Paulo, Brazil (13-14.11.2017), by invitation.
Resilience and Positive Psychology.
A module of the Master's EMAPP (Executive Master in Applied Positive Psychology), ISCSP, Lisbon and at the Fernando Pessoa University, Porto, has been taught annually with the collaboration of LIMMIT, from 2017 to date.
