Psychotherapist in the transpersonal area. Guest lecturer of Clinical and Experimental Hypnosis in post-graduate courses in the Faculty of Medicine of Lisbon. Coordinator of Clinical Hypnosis courses in Amato Lusitano Hospital (ULSCB). Co-founder of Alubrat – Portuguese-Brazilian Transpersonal Association, in Portugal. Co-founder of IMAGINAL - Portuguese Clinical and Experimental Hypnosis Association, current Vice-Chairman of the General Meeting and Member of the Ethical, Scientific and Advisory Committee. Member of the Hypnosis Association of the State of São Paulo, of the European Transpersonal Association and of the International Board of Regression Therapy. Teacher in the areas of the Clinical Hypnosis and in the Therapy for the Cognitive and Existential Restructuring.

Scientific interests
Studies of consciousness, learning under modified states of consciousness (particularly during the hypnotic trance), anomalous states of the consciousness, psychosomatic and hypnosis in global pain in a multifactorial and multidimensional dimension.
